Belair Vintage/Oldtimer Parts Sets

At Belair Kits we are passionate about reviving Vintage and Old Timer designs. We compete regularly and enjoy relaxed sports flying with these beautiful looking designs.

Our range includes parts sets for Power/Gas models, rubber, glider and Control line. Our approach to producing parts sets for these historic models is to use as original plan as possible to ensure you build as authentic model as possible. We do not redraw outlines or modify plans. Sometimes we add an extra dihedral brace or strengthen a bulkhead, especially in the RC Assist designs, but nothing to affect the outward appearance of the model.

We work closely with most plan publishers including Terry Rose, Free Flight Supplies and Colin Smith, son of Phil Smith, the great designer of many Mercury, Veron and KK designs.

Some of our parts sets do include plans, mainly the RC Assist designs. Other designs will require the builder to use their original plan or purchase one from the publisher. The product descriptions mention the publisher.
